As an IT Support Technician, you will be on the front lines of our IT department, providing friendly and effective technical assistance to our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to our employees via tickets, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, peripherals, and standard office software.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in our various systems.
• Identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation.
• Write, test, and deploy scripts (e.g., in Python or PowerShell) to automate tasks like software installation, user onboarding, and system reporting.
