• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on Java technologies, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing development teams
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and DevOps tools including Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders
