In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting bugs, implementing minor feature enhancements, and ensuring the stability of a legacy JavaScript application. As a JavaScript Application Maintainer, you will be the first line of defense for a mature, business-critical web application. Your day-to-day work will involve investigating user-reported issues, debugging existing code, and implementing small fixes and improvements. This role does not involve major architectural changes but requires a deep understanding of core JavaScript, the DOM, and browser behavior.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve bugs and performance issues in a large JavaScript codebase.
• Implement small feature requests and enhancements based on client specifications.
• Read and understand existing code to effectively troubleshoot problems.
• Work with a ticketing system to track issues and resolutions.
• Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide status updates.
• Refactor small portions of code for improved readability and maintainability where appropriate.
