Deacero is seeking an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager to lead the development and implementation of transfer pricing policies for our international operations. This role will ensure compliance with global tax regulations while optimizing the company's financial structure.

As the Jefe de Precios de Transferencia at Deacero, you will oversee the strategic management of transfer pricing for our global steel manufacturing and distribution operations. This critical role involves conducting transfer pricing studies, preparing documentation for tax authorities, and advising senior management on pricing strategies that minimize tax risks while maximizing profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the preparation of annual transfer pricing documentation and local files in compliance with OECD and local regulations.
• Performing functional, economic, and comparability analyses to support intercompany pricing decisions.
• Collaborating with finance, legal, and operations teams to implement transfer pricing policies across borders.
• Monitoring legislative changes in Mexico and key international markets to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Representing the company in tax audits and negotiations related to transfer pricing matters.
• Developing training programs for internal stakeholders on transfer pricing best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in transfer pricing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of OECD guidelines, Mexican tax laws (SAT), and international tax regulations.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL), and transfer pricing software.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.
