We are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to support our development and operations teams. This contract role involves assisting with our CI/CD pipelines, managing our cloud infrastructure, and automating deployment processes. You will gain hands-on experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team that keeps our applications running smoothly. You will work under the guidance of our senior DevOps engineers to learn and contribute to our infrastructure and deployment processes. Your role will be a mix of system administration, scripting, and collaboration with developers.

Key Learning Opportunities & Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and improving our CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Help maintain our cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS).
• Write and maintain scripts for automation (e.g., Bash, Python).
• Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, and help troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the deployment process and ensure they have the tools they need.
