In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of our clients' network systems. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, configuring routers and switches, managing access controls, and assisting in the deployment of new network segments. You will work closely with senior administrators and cross-functional teams to proactively identify potential bottlenecks and enhance overall system performance. As part of our remote-certified program, you will need to complete the required Python Programming certification to leverage scripting for network automation tasks. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in network administration, with a focus on L2 support.

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios) and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
