• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Layer 2 technologies
• Proficiency in networking protocols such as OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and STP
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site support
