• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML), and agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and integration tools
• Excellent communication skills for bridging business and IT teams
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) and project management software
• Certification in CBAP, PMP, or equivalent is advantageous
