• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years focused on Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Databricks
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL processes for building scalable data pipelines
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating cross-functionally
• Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, data warehousing, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
