• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, ELK stack)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
