• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in embedded software development, with proficiency in C/C++ and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Strong leadership experience in guiding development teams and mentoring junior engineers
• Expertise in hardware-software integration, debugging tools (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes), and version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of embedded Linux, microcontrollers, and communication protocols (e.g., CAN, I2C, SPI)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
