• 5+ years of experience in fraud operations, risk management, or financial security
• Proven leadership experience in managing fraud detection teams
• Strong knowledge of fraud patterns, AML regulations, and payment systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
• Experience with fintech or e-commerce environments preferred
