• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development with strong proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js)
• Proven leadership experience, including mentoring junior developers and managing project timelines
• Expertise in building RESTful APIs, database design, and front-end optimization
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar), version control (Git), and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese
