• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping software
• Strong portfolio showcasing healthcare or user-focused digital products
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX research methods
