• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position

• Strong expertise in infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Go, or Java for automation scripting
