• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 7+ years of experience in systems analysis, with at least 3 years focused on data access management and governance
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and identity access management (IAM) tools such as Okta or Active Directory
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and security best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for data storage and access control
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to lead projects involving cross-functional stakeholders
• Certification in data management or security (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional) is a plus
