As the Lead Tech Recruiter at AMO, you will play a crucial role in building our high-performing tech teams by leading end-to-end recruitment processes for critical positions in software engineering, cloud computing, and cybersecurity. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and leverage innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.

Your responsibilities will include conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You will also analyze recruitment metrics to optimize our talent pipeline and contribute to employer branding efforts through targeted campaigns on platforms like GitHub and tech forums. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring for software engineering, data science, and IT roles
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
