• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and implementation, with a strong emphasis on security features like Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, and compliance tools such as Microsoft Purview
• In-depth knowledge of security best practices, data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR), and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation of security and compliance tasks
• Experience with identity management, threat detection, and risk assessment in cloud environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) or equivalent
