• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in MAIT (Mechanical Assembly, Integration, and Test) processes within the space industry
• Strong knowledge of space sustainability principles, including debris mitigation and orbital sustainability analysis
• Proficiency in simulation software and tools for space environment modeling (e.g., STK, MATLAB)
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as ISO standards for space sustainability
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus
