• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT managed services, network administration, or systems engineering
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent preferred
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
