• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, Lean)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software
• Ability to travel up to 25% for site visits and stakeholder meetings
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly desirable
