• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949).
