• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP systems engineering with a focus on digital integration and MEICA (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation).
• Proven leadership in systems design, BIM (Building Information Modeling) implementation, and digital twin technologies.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 19650 and proficiency in software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies and stakeholder collaboration.
• Chartered Engineer status (CEng) or working towards it with relevant professional body membership (e.g., IET or CIBSE).
