• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 4 years focused on supply chain or procurement finance
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis in a manufacturing or aerospace context
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
