• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven expertise in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and advanced proficiency in scheduling tools like MS Project or Primavera
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma certification is a plus
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Ability to analyze complex data, forecast production needs, and mitigate risks effectively
• Knowledge of defense industry regulations and compliance standards (e.g., ITAR, FAR)
