• Proven experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or earlier versions like Dynamics CRM).
• Strong knowledge of CRM modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with integration tools such as Azure Logic Apps and API development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).
• Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus.
