• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), with a focus on CRM implementations
• Proven expertise in architecting solutions using Dynamics CE, Power Platform, and integration with Azure services
• Strong knowledge of CRM best practices, data modeling, and customization using JavaScript, C#, and Power Apps
• Experience with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams
• Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation
