In this role, you will play a pivotal part in transforming our digital workplace by implementing and optimizing Microsoft Power Platform solutions tailored to enhance collaboration and accessibility.

Your responsibilities will include assessing current digital tools, designing customized Power Apps and automations using Power Automate, creating insightful dashboards with Power BI, and integrating solutions with Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams and SharePoint. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet the needs of all users, with a strong emphasis on inclusive design to support individuals with disabilities.

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents
• Strong knowledge of digital collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Viva
• Experience in designing and deploying low-code/no-code solutions for workplace digital transformation
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to support diverse user needs
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant) preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting or digital workplace solutions
