• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or DevOps roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including monitoring tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation scripting (PowerShell, Python), and infrastructure as code (Terraform or ARM templates)
• Familiarity with SRE principles, incident management, and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional team collaboration
