Key responsibilities include:

• Updating project timelines and reporting on milestones to management and clients
• Facilitating cross-team collaboration to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintaining accurate records in ticketing systems and project management software
• Contributing to process improvements to optimize dispatch and coordination workflows

• Proven experience in IT dispatching or helpdesk operations within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
• Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking progress using tools like Microsoft Project or Asana
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with technicians, clients, and internal teams
• Familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or ConnectWise
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting and prioritize urgent issues effectively
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
• Certification as a Technical Support Specialist or similar is required
