ASEC is seeking an experienced NATOPS Editor for the MQ-4C Triton platform to develop and maintain high-quality naval aviation documentation. This remote contract position involves ensuring compliance with military standards and collaborating with subject matter experts to support mission-critical operations.

As a NATOPS Editor for the MQ-4C Triton at ASEC, you will play a pivotal role in creating, reviewing, and updating Naval Air Training and Operating Procedures Standardization (NATOPS) flight manuals and related documentation. This position requires a keen understanding of unmanned aerial systems and naval operations to ensure all materials are accurate, compliant with OPNAV instructions, and aligned with the latest technological and procedural updates for the MQ-4C Triton platform.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with pilots, engineers, and program managers to gather technical data, drafting clear and concise procedural content, and performing rigorous edits to maintain the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency. You will also conduct peer reviews, incorporate feedback from flight evaluations, and support the integration of multimedia elements into digital manuals.

• Bachelor's degree in technical writing, aviation, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in editing NATOPS manuals or similar technical aviation documentation
• In-depth knowledge of MQ-4C Triton systems, operations, and naval aviation procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and document management tools
• Strong attention to detail, research skills, and ability to work under deadlines
• Active Secret security clearance preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
