• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting management, with a focus on nearshore operations
• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and tax regulations in Latin America
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage remote teams
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools
