• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on unified communications technologies such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in IP networking, VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323), QoS implementation, and troubleshooting complex network issues
• Hands-on experience with UC tools including video conferencing solutions (e.g., Webex, Zoom), PBX systems, and collaboration software
• Strong knowledge of security best practices for communications systems, including firewalls, VPNs, and encryption
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Certification in CCNA Collaboration or equivalent is preferred
• Fluency in English and Spanish
