In this critical role, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of our extensive network infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery to residential and business customers across the region.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include real-time surveillance of network performance using advanced monitoring systems, promptly identifying and resolving issues such as outages, congestion, or security threats. You will collaborate with engineering teams to implement proactive solutions, perform routine diagnostics, and escalate complex problems when necessary. Participation in on-call rotations will be required to support 24/7 operations, providing a dynamic environment where your technical expertise directly impacts customer satisfaction.

• Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in network operations or IT support
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, or similar
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP) and hardware (routers, switches)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+ or CCNA are highly desirable
• Ability to commute to Perham, MN, for hybrid work schedule
