Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying observability pipelines using tools like Prometheus for metrics collection, Grafana for visualization, and Jaeger for distributed tracing.
• Automating monitoring and alerting workflows to reduce mean time to detection (MTTD) and resolution (MTTR).
• Collaborating on infrastructure improvements, including CI/CD pipeline integrations for observability.
• Analyzing system performance data to recommend optimizations and ensure high availability.
• Mentoring junior team members on best practices in observability and DevOps.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps practices, with a focus on observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and tracing in distributed systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
• Certification in relevant DevOps or cloud technologies is a plus
