• Minimum of 2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or related field within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, investigation techniques, and loss mitigation strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
• Certification in CPR, first aid, or security training preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English and Spanish
