• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid certification in first aid, CPR, and fire safety.
• Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations in Baja California Sur, Mexico.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
