• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational environment
• Proficiency in payroll software such as SAP or ADP
• Strong knowledge of Spanish employment regulations and tax compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP) is a plus
