Pat N Sally Inc is seeking a talented PeopleSoft HCM Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will work closely with HR stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that support our organization's HR operations.
Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, writing PeopleCode and Application Engine programs, creating custom reports using SQR and BI Publisher, and troubleshooting issues in the PeopleSoft environment. You will also participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to ensure the reliability and performance of HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
