• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in physical design for ASIC or SoC projects
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Synopsys ICC2, Cadence Innovus, or similar
• Strong knowledge of CMOS processes, timing analysis, and physical verification
• Experience with floorplanning, place and route, and power optimization
