• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain quality management, with at least 2 years focused on surface treatment processes in aerospace or manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, and relevant aerospace regulations.
• Proven track record in supplier auditing, risk assessment, and continuous improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in quality management software tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French; ability to collaborate with international teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier sites.
