• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, or Petroleum Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pipeline operations, maintenance, or management within the energy sector
• In-depth knowledge of Mexican energy regulations, safety standards (e.g., ASEA and CRE guidelines), and environmental compliance
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in high-stakes industrial environments
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pipeline monitoring software and data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a remote contract capacity with occasional on-site visits to the Lázaro Cárdenas facility
• Certification in pipeline integrity management or equivalent (preferred)
