• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a plant leadership role
• Proven track record in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental compliance in Argentina
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse teams of 100+ employees
• Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
• Ability to travel within Argentina and occasionally internationally
