• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or cultural transformation roles.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale cultural change programs in multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and their impact on organizational culture.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci or equivalent) is highly desirable.
