• 8+ years of professional experience in backend development, with at least 5 years focused on Python and Django frameworks

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
