• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 3 years in a principal or senior role.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
• Strong understanding of business processes in software/IoT industries, including supply chain and fleet operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across global teams.
• Knowledge of Canadian data privacy regulations (e.g., PIPEDA) is a plus.
