• Advanced degree in Data Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in operational analysis, data analysis, or consulting within defence or high-stakes industries
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, and visualization software like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of operational modeling, simulation, and optimization techniques
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
• Security clearance eligibility (SC or higher) preferred
• Certification in Data Analysis or equivalent
