• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's or PhD preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on power distribution, renewable energy, and building systems.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) license in British Columbia or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Expertise in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or Revit.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian electrical codes (CEC) and standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
