• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or principal role
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture
• Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers
• Knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, or reinsurance-specific technologies is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
