• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional teams in agile environments, including experience with integrated circuit fabrication processes.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor technologies, such as CMOS, ASIC design, and verification methodologies.
• Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., PMP certification advantageous).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to interface with global stakeholders and resolve technical challenges.
